Responsibilities
- •Develop and scale the BizDev department
- •Recruit and onboard new team members
- •Monitor team results and KPI achievement
- •Develop partner network and identify new growth opportunities
- •Manage traffic sales and partner relationships
- •Drive business development initiatives across assigned verticals
Requirements
- •Minimum 1.5 years of BizDev experience
- •Proven experience in traffic sales
- •Experience working with Nutra, Gambling, or Dating verticals
- •Strong communication and organizational skills
- •Ability to manage and lead a team
- •Self-motivated with proven track record of results
