BizDev Manager

We are seeking an experienced BizDev Manager specializing in the crypto vertical to strengthen our buying direction. Our team is actively scaling in affiliate marketing and needs a professional who can drive business development and partner acquisition.

• •Minimum 1 year of experience in crypto vertical (buying/affiliate/CPA networks)
• •Active advertiser database and network
• •Strong understanding of key metrics: CPA, CPL, CR, ROI, ARPU
• •Confident communication skills and negotiation abilities
• •Knowledge of RevShare, Hybrid, and CPA models
• •English language proficiency (Intermediate+ level) for international partner communication

• •Identify and attract new advertisers
• •Manage existing partnerships, update terms and offers
• •Monitor market trends, analyze competitors and offers
• •Negotiate individual rates and track traffic KPIs
• •Collaborate with media buying department and affiliate team
• •Maintain communication and support across departments

• •Fixed salary + profit percentage (negotiable)
