BizDev Media Buyer
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced BizDev Media Buyer to join our Crypto buying team. This is a remote position focused on high-quality tier 1-2 traffic sources with emphasis on native Facebook and Google campaigns.
Responsibilities
- •Manage media buying campaigns for HQ Tier 1-2 geos (native sources)
- •Focus on CPL/CRG conversion models
- •Work with established partner networks and brands
- •Source and optimize traffic from Facebook, Google, and native advertising platforms
- •Drive profitability through strategic campaign management
Requirements
- •Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Crypto niche (Affiliate/BizDev roles)
- •5+ years of media buying experience in the market
- •Proven experience working with Tier 1-2 geographies
- •Deep understanding of traffic sources (Facebook, Google, Native)
- •Established partner network and database (networks/brands)
- •English language proficiency B2-C1 level (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits
- •Base salary: $1,000-$1,500 per month
- •Profit share percentage
- •Performance bonuses and promotional incentives
- •Results-based bonus structure
