Business Development Manager (Gambling)

Fellow's Team is one of the most dynamic media buying companies in the gambling industry. We're looking for a passionate Business Development professional who sees BD not just as work, but as a thrilling game of negotiations and relationship building.

You're our ideal candidate if:

• •You have at least 1 year of experience as a BD/Affiliate Manager in gambling niches and understand the market from the inside
• •You're proficient with CRM, Google Sheets, and partner admin panels — tools you'll use daily
• •You have B1-B2+ English and confidently conduct business negotiations
• •You excel at building relationships and managing partners so they want to work exclusively with you
• •You understand metrics and analytics (CR, C2R, R2D, FD, Wagering, CAP, NGR, GGR, LTV) — these aren't just acronyms to you
• •You know how traffic sources work (FB, PPC, UAC, ASO, INAPP, TikTok)
• •You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
• •You stay updated on industry trends and updates

• •Find and attract new partners offering top-tier conditions
• •Attend conferences and network with key industry players
• •Analyze metrics to connect the best offers and increase traffic volumes
• •Communicate daily with partners via Telegram, Skype, and messengers to negotiate optimal terms
• •Identify trends ahead of the curve and leverage them for growth
• •Meet KPIs (monthly, weekly, daily)
• •Build long-term strategic partnerships
