About company
A growing cryptocurrency and B2B business company seeking a talented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and client relationships in the crypto sector.
Responsibilities
- •Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B crypto market
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- •Conduct negotiations and close successful deals
- •Manage client accounts and pipeline using CRM systems
- •Analyze market data and sales metrics to optimize strategy
- •Track deal progress and report on business development activities
- •Contribute to revenue growth through successful deal closure
Requirements
- •Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics
- •Strong negotiation and communication skills
- •Experience in client relationship management
- •B2B sales experience preferred
- •Understanding of cryptocurrency market is a plus
- •Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- •Candidates without experience but with strong potential are welcome to apply
We offer
- •Base salary: up to $1,500 USD monthly
- •Performance bonus: commission from closed deals
- •Office location in central Kyiv, Ukraine
- •Flexible working hours: 11:00-17:00
