Business Development Manager

International iGaming team seeking a Business Development Manager to develop partnership network in Ukrainian and global markets. The company values strong industry connections and local market expertise.

• •Source and attract new partners in the iGaming and affiliate space
• •Develop and maintain B2B relationships with key stakeholders
• •Conduct outreach and networking activities, including cold outreach
• •Participate in industry conferences and events
• •Identify and pursue new growth opportunities
• •Build and leverage professional network within the iGaming ecosystem
• •Negotiate partnership terms and agreements

• •Ukrainian citizenship
• •Fluent Ukrainian and English languages
• •Proven experience in Business Development or B2B sales in iGaming or affiliate marketing
• •Deep understanding of the iGaming market (operators, affiliate networks, providers, media buying teams)
• •Strong professional network within the iGaming/affiliate industry
• •Experience in negotiations and outreach
• •Knowledge of local Ukrainian market and industry contacts
