Business Development Manager

We are a strong, established partner company looking for a proactive Business Development Manager who can build partnerships, close deals, and identify opportunities others miss.

Your Main Responsibilities
- •Manage partner relationships: continuous communication, trust-building, and development
- •Close deals and scale existing partnerships
- •Identify new partners and growth opportunities
- •Work with CRM, analytics, reporting, and quality control
- •Mentor and develop team members (after hitting KPIs)
What We Expect From You
- •At least 1 year of experience in sales, BD, or account management
- •Deep market understanding and ability to read people
- •Strong communication intelligence: building trust, conducting dialogue, persuasion skills
- •Negotiation skills and confident deal closing
- •High self-organization, structure, and proactivity
- •Bonus: leadership potential, desire to scale, and willingness to take responsibility
Working Conditions
- •Schedule: 10:00 — 18:00, office-based
- •Salary: individual, negotiated at interview stage
- •Comfortable modern office
