Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
- •Manage partner relationships through continuous communication, trust-building, and development
- •Close deals and scale existing partnerships
- •Identify new partners and growth opportunities
- •Work with CRM, analyze data, generate reports, and ensure process quality
- •Mentor and develop team members (after reaching KPI targets)
Requirements
- •Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- •Deep market understanding and ability to read people
- •Strong communication skills: building trust, engaging in dialogue, influencing others
- •Negotiation skills and confident deal closing abilities
- •High self-organization, structure, and proactivity
- •Plus: Leadership potential, ambition to scale, and willingness to take responsibility
Working Conditions
- •**Schedule:** 10:00 — 18:00, office-based
- •**Salary:** Individual, discussed at interview stage
