CRM Manager
About the Role
APEX MEDIA is looking for a detail-oriented CRM Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, analyzing information, and optimizing our CRM processes.
Key Responsibilities
- •Maintain and organize data in CRM systems
- •Work with spreadsheets (data collection and basic analysis)
- •Monitor information accuracy and relevance
- •Analyze data and prepare reports
- •Identify errors, inconsistencies, and growth opportunities
- •Collaborate with the team to improve CRM processes
- •Propose ideas for CRM workflow optimization
Ideal Candidate Profile
- •Detail-oriented and analytical thinker
- •Able to work with large volumes of information
- •Receptive to feedback and able to apply it constructively
- •Skilled at data structuring and organization
- •Responsible and systematic approach to work
Nice-to-Have Skills
- •Basic experience with CRM systems or spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets)
- •Previous experience in similar roles
- •Data analysis and reporting skills
- •Understanding of basic CRM principles
Work Schedule
- •Office-based in Kyiv: 10:00-17:00 for the first 2 months
- •Remote work: 17:00-22:00 after the initial period
