About the Role

We are seeking a CRM/Shift Manager in the crypto vertical – a position for those who want to work with traffic, processes, and grow into an affiliate specialist.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure traffic flows in CRM
•Set up integrations through support
•Conduct and analyze statistics
•Monitor caps and relationship management operations
•Maintain availability from 09:00 to 23:00

Requirements

•Experience in affiliate marketing (crypto vertical is mandatory)
•CRM system proficiency
•Experience with Elnope (significant advantage)
•Ability to stay connected during extended hours

Work Conditions

•Format: On-site, Kyiv
•Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
•Weekend work: Occasional ad-hoc tasks (remote)

Compensation

•Salary: from $1,000 USD per month

Career Growth

•Opportunity to advance to Affiliate Manager or Media Buyer positions
