• •Track record of running profitable campaigns (already in the plus)
• •Strong understanding of performance metrics and scaling strategies
• •Experience with Facebook advertising platform
• •Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
• •Self-motivated and results-driven approach

• •CPA: $1750–$4500 per conversion
• •Base rate: $1000 + percentage commission structure
