• •Execute media buying campaigns across Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• •Scale campaigns profitably across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 geos
• •Manage unlimited budgets and optimize for maximum profit
• •Develop and maintain working connections with internal and external partners
• •Analyze campaign performance and implement optimization strategies
• •Collaborate with Design and Tech teams for campaign execution
• •Lead internal and external buying initiatives
• •Build and document case studies and working connections

• •Middle or Senior level Media Buyer experience
• •Proven expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• •Real crypto vertical experience with documented case studies and working connections
• •Profit-focused mindset — metrics matter, not vanity metrics
• •Experience managing large budgets without fear of scaling
• •Understanding of affiliate and performance marketing fundamentals
• •Ability to work with proprietary tools and systems
