About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facebook Team Lead to join our crypto project. You will manage a team of Facebook media buyers, drive revenue growth, and optimize campaign performance across multiple accounts and geo-targets.
Requirements
- •1+ years of experience in a similar team lead role managing 5+ media buyers
- •Responsibility for PnL with team revenue of $300k+/month
- •2+ years of hands-on Facebook Ads experience
- •Ability to analyze traffic quality and scale accounts, strategies, geo-targets, and budgets
- •Data-driven decision making approach
Responsibilities
- •Manage and lead a team of Facebook media buyers with focus on planning, monitoring, and analytics
- •Scale campaigns based on data-driven insights rather than intuition
- •Monitor and optimize daily spend and ROI metrics
- •Maintain and improve traffic quality standards
- •Conduct continuous testing: creatives, connections, strategies, and geo-targeting
- •Participate in hiring and onboarding processes
- •Develop and mentor new media buyers
