Finance Manager

PlayTraff is seeking an experienced Finance Manager specializing in Crypto/FX operations. This is a full-time position based in our Warsaw office, working within a dynamic team focused on financial operations and strategic planning.

• •Mandatory experience in Crypto/FX niche
• •Excellent numerical skills with proficiency in calculations and financial formulas
• •Strong understanding of payment systems, currency operations, cashless transactions, and banking details
• •Knowledge of P&L reports and Balance Sheet accounting; understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
• •Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• •Ability to work with large datasets and financial models
• •Systematic, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
• •English language proficiency at Intermediate level or higher

• •Full management of financial operations: disbursements, payroll, bonuses, and budget allocation
• •Deep-dive analytics of departmental costs and efficiency (buying, farming, support)
• •Identification of blind spots: overspending, miscalculations, and hidden financial expenses
• •Control and monitoring of financial flows and preparation of high-quality financial reporting
• •Forecasting, planning, and highlighting optimization opportunities
