Financial Manager

Legends is a media buying holding company specializing in affiliate marketing, arbitrage, and gambling verticals.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive Financial Manager to bring order to the finances of multiple teams. If you work well with numbers, P&L, cash flow, payroll, reporting, and reconciliation, this role is for you.

• •Record advertising revenue and spending in tracking tables (Google Sheets)
• •Reconcile deposits and expenses by agents
• •Monitor revenue in Keitaro and distribution across buyers
• •Maintain P&L, cash flow, and budget tracking
• •Communicate with advertisers regarding invoices, holds, and payments
• •Calculate and process payroll and payment requests
• •Prepare reports and analytics for teams
• •Update tracking tables and ensure data accuracy

• •3+ years in finance or analytics
• •Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, etc.)
• •Experience managing large data volumes
• •Proven experience in arbitrage, affiliate marketing, or gambling (mandatory)
• •Strong attention to detail and systematic thinking
