Кого будешь нанимать
- •Media Buyers
- •Affiliates
- •SEO/PPC specialists

- •Email/Influencer marketers
- •Developers, QA, DevOps и др.
Ключевые задачи
- •Сбор требований и создание вакансий
- •Sourcing (LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards)
- •Скрининг и координация интервью
- •Офферы и онбординг
- •Ведение ATS/CRM, отчетность
Требования
- •1-3 года full-cycle recruiting опыта
- •Опыт найма digital/marketing ролей (обязательно)
- •LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search
- •English B1+ (чтение, переписка)
- •Опыт работы с ATS/CRM системами
- •Проактивность и многозадачность
- •Time-to-hire: до 30 дней
- •Закрытие 2-5 позиций в месяц
Условия работы
- •Формат: Full Remote
- •График: 10:00–18:00 (GMT+2/GMT+3)
- •Испытательный период: 1 месяц
- •Отпуск: 5 дней раз в полгода
- •Зарплата: до $2500/мес + бонусы за закрытые вакансии
