Head of Farm

DMND is seeking a Google Head of Farm to build and scale a farm department focused on crypto direction. This is a key role with direct impact on purchasing stability and Google traffic scaling.

• •Manage team of farmers
• •Training, onboarding, and quality control of work
• •Search and test new farming approaches
• •Ensure stable pool of accounts for buying requests
• •Optimize processes and scale operations
• •Collaborate with Google buying team

• •Experience building effective farm department
• •3+ years of Google account farming experience
• •1+ year experience as team lead / Head of Farm
• •Management of farm team with 20+ employees
• •Deep expertise in Google Ads farming (trust, limits, anti-fraud)
• •Experience working with large volume of accounts
• •Verified personal approaches and methodology
• •Real case studies of solving systemic farm problems

You should be an experienced professional capable of leading a large team, implementing proven farming strategies, and scaling operations while maintaining account stability and quality standards.
