Head of Farm
About the Role
DMND is seeking an experienced Head of Farm to build and scale a farm department focused on crypto direction. This is a key position with direct impact on purchasing stability and Google traffic scaling.
Requirements
- •Experience building effective farm departments
- •3+ years of experience farming Google accounts
- •1+ year of experience as Team Lead / Head of Farm
- •Management of farm teams of 20+ employees
- •Deep expertise in Google Ads farming (trust, limits, anti-fraud)
- •Experience working with large volumes of accounts
- •Proven approaches and own methodology
- •Real case studies solving systemic farm issues
Responsibilities
- •Build and develop Google Farm Department
- •Manage team of farmers
- •Training, onboarding, and quality control
- •Research and test new farming approaches
- •Ensure stable pool of accounts for buying requests
- •Process optimization and scaling
- •Collaboration with Google buying team
