Head of Google Farm
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Google Farm to lead and manage our Google Ads farming operations within the crypto industry. This is a remote position with the possibility of office booking if needed.
Requirements
- •1+ years of experience as a Team Lead / Head of Farm with proven management of farm teams of 20+ employees
- •3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads account farming
- •Deep expertise in Google Ads farming operations including trust management, account limits, and anti-fraud strategies
Responsibilities
- •Build, manage, and develop the Google Farm Department
- •Search for and test new approaches to farm operations
- •Interact with Google buying teams and ensure a stable pool of accounts to meet their requirements
- •Lead and mentor team members
- •Maintain compliance and manage risk related to account farming
