About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Media Buying for an iGaming company — a leader who can create trends, not just follow them. You will have complete freedom of action, unlimited budgets, and support to maximize your results.

- •Leadership role in a team with 1+ year of market experience
- •Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 + commission
- •Unlimited budgets — you control processes, not adapt to constraints
- •Unlimited accounts (spend logs 250/1500, agency accounts)
- •Internal app development department
- •20+ designers creating unique creatives that attract maximum traffic
- •Business development department for improving ROI and optimizing traffic
- •Technical support 24/7 — assistance with any questions
- •Flexible work format — office in Kyiv or remote
What We Expect From You
- •Successful experience managing gambling team (2+ years)
- •Ability to build strategies, form and scale teams
- •Deep knowledge of Facebook Ads and optimization
- •Experience managing budgets from $1M+ monthly revenue
- •Ability to analyze metrics, identify weak points and improve efficiency
- •Creativity in building new connections, understanding current working approaches
- •Readiness to work on results and think at scale
- •Autonomous decision-making and strategic thinking
