Head of Tech / Senior Full-Stack Engineer
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Head of Tech / Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build and maintain arbitrage infrastructure from scratch. You'll lead the technical foundation of our in-house affiliate/arbitrage team in crypto/FX, managing cloaking systems, anti-abuse infrastructure, edge filtering, domains, servers, and landing pages.
Important Requirements (No Illusions)
- •Full-time position
- •6 days per week
- •Always available (working hours + critical situations)
- •Building everything from zero: infrastructure, processes, standards
- •No inexperienced candidates, "tourists", or those looking to spy
Required Experience & Skills
### Core Requirements
- •**3+ years** in affiliate/arbitrage teams (crypto/FX/gambling)
- •**Cloaking expertise:**
- •Simple + advanced (multi-layer) cloaking
- •Understanding how and why they get detected
- •Quick logic adaptation to new risks
- •**Edge-level knowledge:**
- •Cloudflare Workers / WAF / Bot Management / Transform Rules
- •DDoS-Guard / alternative edge solutions
- •**Traffic filtering:**
- •User-Agent, IP, ASN, DC ranges
- •Fingerprint / behavior-based logic
- •Rate-limit, JS challenges, allow/deny scenarios
- •**Anti-abuse & domain longevity:**
- •Minimizing abuse triggers
- •Working with hosting providers and registrars
- •Fast migrations, rotations, backup plans
- •**Server expertise:**
- •Linux, Nginx, SSL, DNS
- •Proxies, tunnels, logging
- •Hardening, backups
- •**Full-stack capabilities:**
- •Server setup from scratch
- •Landing page deployment/migration
- •Automation (Node.js / Python)
- •**DevOps approach:**
- •Docker
- •Basic CI/CD
- •Monitoring, alerts
- •**Scale management:**
- •Dozens of domains
- •Mass deployments
- •Templates, configs, error control
- •**TDS / Tracking (MANDATORY):**
- •Practical experience with Keitaro
- •Understanding flows / campaigns / offers / landers logic
- •TDS integration with cloaking and edge filtering
- •Working with postback, tokens, parameters
- •Debugging traffic loss, redirects, loops, incorrect routing
- •Experience with alternative TDS (Binom, AdsBridge, etc.) — bonus
- •**Basic technical SEO:**
- •Indexation
- •Canonical / hreflang
- •Understanding technical risks
### Nice-to-Have Skills
- •Cloudflare API (zone automation, rules, workers)
- •Log analysis (ELK / ClickHouse / Grafana or custom solutions)
- •Anti-fraud / traffic quality understanding
- •Security-first mindset (access control, secrets, audit)
Key Responsibilities
- •Building edge-cloaking and anti-bot filtering from scratch
- •Integrating TDS (Keitaro) with entire infrastructure
- •Maximizing domain lifetime
- •Anti-abuse processes and playbooks development
- •Standardizing server and landing deployment
- •Automating manual chaos
- •24/6 production stability responsibility
