Head of VIP / Retention
About the Role
We are looking for a leader to build and manage VIP and Retention teams in iGaming. You will have full autonomy to develop retention strategies and drive player engagement metrics.
Key Responsibilities
- •Build and manage high-performing VIP and Retention teams
- •Develop and implement player retention strategies
- •Segment customers and create gamified conversion funnels
- •Monitor and optimize key metrics (GGR, NGR, DAU, MAU, Bonus Rate, Turnover RR)
- •Work with analytics, marketing, product, and support teams
- •Drive customer experience improvements through data-driven decisions

- •Proven experience managing VIP/Retention teams in iGaming
- •Deep understanding of player behavior and retention mechanics
- •Strong systems thinking and team leadership capabilities
- •Track record of implementing strategies that impact player experience
