Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head or Team Lead who can:
- •Manage million-dollar budgets in arbitrage
- •Build and scale a top-tier team from scratch
- •Systematically scale results, not just launch traffic
- •Lead teams or assemble them with our full support

- •Build processes and formulate team strategy

- •Lead a full in-house support team
