Responsibilities
- •Onboarding and adaptation of new team members
- •Conducting Performance Reviews
- •Collecting feedback and conducting surveys
- •Organizing training sessions and supporting team development
- •Supporting HR processes: onboarding, offboarding
- •Conducting 1-on-1 meetings
- •Planning HR budget
- •Managing HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
- •Participating in corporate life and company events
Requirements
- •1–2 years of experience as HR Manager or People Partner
- •Ability to build systematic HR processes
- •Preferred experience in gambling, crypto, or related industries
What We Offer
- •Salary: $1,000–1,100 USD per month (based on experience)
- •Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00
- •Office location in Kyiv + 1 day remote work per week
- •Polygraph test (at offer stage)
