We are a stable and innovative digital company developing an ecosystem for scaling businesses in the marketing sphere. We're looking for an HR Manager to help make our team even stronger.
Responsibilities
- •Onboarding and adaptation of new team members
- •Conducting performance reviews
- •Gathering feedback and conducting surveys
- •Organizing training programs and supporting team development
- •Managing HR processes: onboarding and offboarding
- •Conducting 1-on-1 meetings with team members
- •Planning and managing HR budget
- •Maintaining HRMS (Human Resource Management System)
- •Participating in corporate life and company events
Requirements
- •1-2 years of experience as HR Manager or People Partner
- •Ability to build systematic HR processes
- •Desirable experience in gambling, crypto, or related fields
What We Offer
- •Salary: $1000-1100 (depending on experience)
- •Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-18:00
- •Office location: Kyiv + 1 day remote work per week
- •Polygraph test (at offer stage)
