Junior Media Buyer

WIN STREAK is a growing team at the intersection of crypto, marketing, and technology. We're looking for an ambitious, attentive, and eager-to-learn media buyer to join our ranks.

As a Junior Media Buyer, you'll manage advertising campaigns across various sources and verticals, with a focus on crypto and FX niches. This role offers hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and the opportunity to grow into a Middle Media Buyer position.

• •Set up and launch advertising campaigns (training provided)
• •Analyze campaign effectiveness and optimize performance
• •Create and edit creative assets (photos/videos)
• •Manage account farming and specialized software
• •Prepare visual materials and briefs for technical departments

• •Experience with traffic sourcing across any vertical
• •Confident PC and social media skills
• •Attention to detail, persistence, and logical thinking
• •Desire to grow in the crypto direction and see projects through to completion

• •Google source training in Crypto/FX vertical
• •Career progression to Middle Media Buyer based on personal performance
• •Office located in central Warsaw with vacation and comfort benefits
• •Monday-Friday work schedule
• •Comfortable remote interaction with experienced team (if not based in Warsaw)
• •Salary: base rate + percentage (progressive bonus system after probation)
