Responsibilities
- •Source and identify strong specialists for various positions
- •Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews
- •Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- •Develop recruiting strategies and improve hiring processes
- •Communicate with candidates and provide feedback
- •Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs
- •Track recruitment metrics and report on progress
- •Participate in company training and professional development programs
Requirements
- •Desire to understand and master recruitment processes
- •Previous experience in recruiting (preferred but not required) or proven ability to learn quickly
- •Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with people
- •Persistence and resilience — ability to handle rejection and continue pursuing goals
- •Motivation to grow in a dynamic field
- •Ability to see and measure results from your work
- •Interest in the arbitrage and marketing industry is a plus
