Media Buyer (Crypto)

We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer specializing in Google Ads and crypto offers. This is not an entry-level position — we need a seasoned professional with proven expertise in high-volume campaign management.

• •Minimum 1 year of hands-on media buying experience (not theoretical)
• •Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns actively (within the last month)
• •Experience spending minimum $25,000/month with measurable ROI
• •Strong understanding of tracking, conversion rates (CR), traffic funnels, and account management
• •Familiarity with crypto offers and arbitrage
• •Experience managing multiple accounts and scaling campaigns
• •Comfortable with account bans and able to recover quickly
• •Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills

• •Personal network in the crypto/arbitrage space
• •Experience saving campaigns in crisis situations
• •Track record of scaling profitable campaigns
• •Knowledge of various traffic sources and optimization techniques

• •Drive traffic to crypto offers using Google Ads and other channels
• •Identify and test new traffic sources and partnerships
• •Scale successful campaigns and optimize underperforming ones
• •Collaborate with team members who understand the business and communicate efficiently
• •Manage campaign budgets with full transparency and clear KPIs
• •Work with internal infrastructure (designers, developers, farmers, accounts)
