Media Buyer (Crypto)

We're looking for an experienced Google media buyer with nerves of steel to join our crypto arbitrage team. This is not an entry-level position — we need someone who knows the game inside and out.

• •Minimum 1 year of real, hands-on Google advertising experience (not theoretical)
• •Proven track record of spending minimum $25,000/month profitably
• •Deep understanding of tracking, conversion rates (CR), landing page optimization, and pixel tracking
• •Familiar with account management (BM) and crypto offer specifics
• •Experience managing multiple accounts and scaling campaigns
• •Resilience — account bans are part of the game
• •Strong networking skills and ability to find new traffic sources

• •Drive traffic to crypto offers using Google Ads and other channels
• •Find, test, and scale profitable traffic sources
• •Optimize campaigns based on clear KPIs
• •Collaborate with team members (designers, developers, farmers, account managers)
• •Manage and optimize ad spend efficiently
• •Build relationships with new traffic partners and suppliers

• •Base salary: $1,000+ per month (fixed for stability)
