Responsibilities
- •Launch and scale Facebook Ads campaigns in Crypto/FX verticals
- •Work with complete funnels: creative → landing page → deposit
- •Test hypotheses and discover new approaches
- •Provide technical specifications and briefs to designers
- •Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns

Requirements
- •Minimum 1 year experience with Facebook Ads in Crypto/FX
- •Understanding of complete conversion funnel leading to deposit
- •Ability to identify and scale effective creative-landing page combinations
- •Relevant case studies and proven results
Conditions
- •Competitive compensation system (base rate + 15-35% commission)
- •Work location: Warsaw office or fully remote
- •Work schedule: 5 days work, 2 days off
- •Team support for scaling results
