• •Manage and scale media buying campaigns across primary channels (Facebook, Google Ads)
• •Optimize campaigns on secondary channels (LinkedIn, Taboola, Outbrain, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Bing)
• •Work with budgets and scale profitable ad campaigns systematically
• •Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
• •Collaborate with creative and technical teams to improve campaign results
• •Monitor analytics and track campaign metrics through proprietary tracking and CRM systems
• •Build and maintain profitable ad campaigns in Tier 1 and Tier 2 geos (DE, IT, TR, FR, ES, PL, CZ)

• •Minimum 1 year of media buying experience
• •Experience with Crypto/FX or gray niche verticals (strong media buyers from other industries considered)
• •Proven experience with Facebook, Google Ads, and other major ad platforms
• •Strong analytical mindset with ability to work from data and metrics
• •Ability to manage budgets and scale profitable ad sets
• •Portfolio of successful cases and proven track record
• •Understanding of CPA/CRG models and affiliate marketing economics
