Media Buyer

A high-growth crypto and gambling media buying team based in Kyiv, Ukraine. We operate with substantial budgets across Tier 1-3 geos (excluding RU) and focus on scaling profitable campaigns rather than managing constraints.

• •Execute media buying campaigns across multiple platforms and geos (T1-T3 countries)
• •Scale winning ad sets and campaigns without budget limitations
• •Optimize campaigns for profitability and ROI
• •Work with the team lead and support staff to maximize campaign performance
• •Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics
• •Collaborate with design and technical teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• •Manage relationships with ad networks and traffic sources

• •Middle or Senior level experience as a Media Buyer
• •Proven track record in crypto and/or gambling verticals
• •Understanding of profit-driven decision making in media buying
• •Ability to scale campaigns efficiently across multiple geos
• •Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
• •Experience with major ad platforms and traffic sources
• •Proactive mindset - focus on results over bureaucracy
• •Your own traffic relationships are an asset (we don't copy or take your connections)

• •Fixed salary: $1,000–1,500 USD per month
• •Profit share: up to 40% of campaign profits
