• •Manage and scale Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 geos
• •Drive campaigns profitably with focus on pure profit maximization
• •Develop and maintain proprietary traffic sources and buyer connections
• •Collaborate with internal and external buying partners to expand reach
• •Work with design and technical teams on daily optimizations and improvements
• •Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies based on real-time data
• •Scale profitable campaigns without budget limitations
• •Present case studies and campaign results

• •Middle or Senior level experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• •Proven experience in crypto and/or gambling verticals
• •Portfolio of successful campaigns with demonstrable ROI
• •Active working relationships and traffic sources
• •Profit-focused mindset with strong analytics and optimization skills
• •Ability to handle and scale large budgets
• •English language proficiency
• •No experience from RU (Russia)

• •Base salary: $1,000–$1,500 USD monthly + up to 40% commission on net profit
