• •Manage and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns for crypto verticals
• •Scale profitable campaigns with unlimited budgets when performance justifies it
• •Own your own traffic sources — develop and maintain exclusive partnerships
• •Conduct both internal and external buying/traffic acquisition
• •Work closely with design and tech teams to implement optimizations daily
• •Analyze performance metrics and focus on profit maximization over creative metrics
• •Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different geos (T1, T2, T3)
• •Report performance and maintain transparency with management

• •Middle to Senior level experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• •Proven track record in crypto or gambling verticals
• •Demonstrable case studies and working partnerships/connections
• •Profit-focused mindset with ability to track ROI meticulously
• •Experience managing large advertising budgets
• •Understanding of media buying fundamentals and optimization techniques
• •Ability to scale campaigns aggressively when performing
• •No experience from RU region
