• •Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns for iGaming vertical
• •Test, scale, and maximize performance from large daily budgets ($3k+)
• •Analyze and optimize campaign metrics to achieve maximum ROI
• •Develop creative strategies and continuously test new approaches
• •Collaborate with in-house design team and push-department for traffic quality improvement
• •Work with BizDev team to identify new opportunities and optimize campaign flow
• •Leverage automation tools and exclusive instruments for campaign management

• •Minimum 2 years of proven experience in iGaming media buying
• •Deep expertise in Facebook Ads platform — testing, scaling, and optimization
• •Proven experience managing large budgets ($3k+ daily spend)
• •Strong analytical skills with focus on ROI maximization
• •Creative mindset with ability to identify and test trending approaches
• •Results-oriented mindset with ambition to earn based on performance
• •English or Ukrainian language proficiency
