Media Buyer / Team Lead

• •Media Buyer In-App — manage in-app advertising campaigns and optimize performance
• •Media Buyer Facebook — run and scale Facebook advertising campaigns across all geos
• •Team Lead Facebook — lead Facebook media buying team, manage budgets, and mentor team members
• •Business Development (Senior / Head) — develop partnerships and business growth strategies

Key responsibilities across all positions:

• •Launch and scale campaigns with unlimited budgets
• •Work with direct advertisers and best offers
• •Optimize campaigns across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 geos
• •Drive results and focus on performance metrics
• •Collaborate with internal teams to maximize campaign success

• •Minimum 1 year of experience in iGaming
• •Experience working in arbitrage teams
• •Results-oriented approach, focus on metrics over process
• •Desire to grow together with the team
• •Understanding of media buying platforms (Facebook Ads, in-app networks)
• •Ability to manage and scale budgets effectively
