Media Buyer / Team Leader
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer/Team Leader to join our established performance marketing system. This is not a startup opportunity—we are a proven team with 8+ years of expertise in affiliate and performance marketing with our own in-house partner and 300+ external partners.
Compensation & Benefits
- •Base salary: $1,000–1,500 USD monthly + up to 40% of net profit

Requirements
- •Middle or Senior level Media Buyer experience
- •Proficiency with Facebook Ads and Google Ads
- •Real experience in crypto vertical
- •Case studies and working connections
- •Profit-focused mindset (tracking profit, not just clicks)
Work Location & Format
- •Office in central Kyiv, 5/2 individual schedule (2 min from metro)
- •Ukraine-based (T1/T2/T3 geos acceptable)
- •**No candidates from Russia**
