Мы ищем motion-дизайнера с опытом в crypto, который понимает специфику серой вертикали, чувствует конверсию и умеет создавать креативы, которые реально заходят.
Требования
Понимание композиции, монтажных правил, ритма, цвета и звука
Опыт работы в crypto-вертикали — обязательно
Креативное мышление и умение работать с триггерными креативами
Понимание ограничений рекламных платформ и умение их обходить
Условия
Создание статических и динамических креативов под Facebook, Google и другие источники
Создание deepfake-креативов (статик и видео) под chargeback-направление
Креативы для внутренних команд
Работа в Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma
Разработка визуала и веб-дизайна лендингов
Анализ трендов, связок и подходов в crypto chargeback
Оптимизация процессов с помощью AI / нейросетей
Быстрое и качественное выполнение задач без потери креатива
