• •Create high-quality, dynamic creative content based on media buyers' requirements
• •Develop eye-catching static and MP4 video creatives optimized for social media conversion
• •Work independently and creatively, including projects without detailed briefs
• •Collaborate with our media buying team to support mutual growth and campaign success

• •Practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• •Ability to create bright, dynamic creatives from scratch that convert well on social networks (both static and video formats)
• •Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• •Team collaboration experience is a major plus
• •Attention to detail, patience, and stress resilience
• •Experience with Midjourney is a significant advantage
