Responsibilities
- •Create high-quality, dynamic creatives based on buyers' requests
- •Design engaging static and MP4 video content that converts in social media
- •Develop creative solutions independently, even without detailed briefs
- •Collaborate with the media buying team on creative optimization
- •Maintain high productivity and meet project deadlines
Requirements
- •Practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- •Ability to create bright, dynamic creatives from scratch with strong conversion potential
- •Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- •Experience working in team environments
- •Stress resilience and dedication to quality
- •Experience with Midjourney (significant advantage)
