Requirements
- •Proven experience in motion design specifically in crypto
- •Experience working with Tier-1 geos
- •Focus on quality in all work
- •Confident proficiency with After Effects, Cinema 4D, and other modern tools
- •Always catch trends and know how to turn ideas into working creative
Compensation
- •Base rate: 4,000 USD
- •Performance bonus: percentage of profitable creative
