We're looking for a Motion Designer who can do more than just "edit" — someone who influences results through creative excellence. You'll be creating dynamic video creatives for Facebook, Google Ads, and other platforms that drive real performance.

• •Real experience with deepfake technology (not just AI filters, but understanding the full pipeline)
• •Confident proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop
• •Ability to work both with templates and from scratch
• •Readiness to create dynamic video creatives for Facebook, Google Ads
• •Analytical thinking — you understand how creative impacts traffic and can test approaches
• •Portfolio with performance creative examples (Gambling/Crypto/Finance is a major plus)
