PPC Specialist

Punch Agency is a leading digital marketing agency with 2+ years of market presence and a team of 200+ specialists. We work with large budgets and major projects in top-tier niches including gambling, crypto, fintech, and affiliate marketing.

We are looking for a PPC Specialist who loves numbers, experiments, and working with large budgets. You will be responsible for scaling our campaigns and launching new GEOs across multiple advertising platforms.

• •Launch and optimize PPC campaigns across various channels
• •Conduct A/B testing of creatives, hypotheses, and audiences
• •Analyze campaign performance metrics: ROI, LTV, CAC, ARPU, ROAS
• •Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies in all countries of operation
• •Work with professional team including PPC specialists, analysts, designers, and creative professionals
• •Scale campaigns and drive product growth

• •Minimum 1 year of PPC experience with large budgets (gambling, crypto, or other high-risk verticals preferred)
• •Understanding of Google and Meta policies for gambling or crypto (plus)
• •Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data volumes
• •Experience in international campaigns and multi-GEO management (plus)
• •Knowledge of compliance requirements for regulated industries
