Programmatic Media Buyer
About Us
We are a successful iGaming product with our own brand and 7+ years of market history. We are now building a new direction in the Media Buying department and launching/scaling new traffic sources in Programmatic.
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Programmatic Media Buyer to independently manage and scale programmatic advertising campaigns. You will have the opportunity to participate in building the department from scratch with potential growth to Head/Team Lead position.
Key Responsibilities
- •Launch and manage programmatic campaigns: setup in DSP, daily monitoring, and deep metrics analysis
- •Work with creatives at an expert level: analyze competitor creatives, generate fresh ideas, create clear and results-driven briefs
- •Conduct campaign analytics, identify performance issues ("проседания"), and propose improvements
- •Optimize campaigns based on key metrics: CTR, CPM, CPC, CR, eCPM, ROAS, LTV

Requirements
- •Confident DSP platform management
- •Deep understanding of programmatic metrics: CTR, CPM, CPC, CR, eCPM, ROAS, LTV
- •Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve campaign performance issues
- •Ability to analyze competitor strategies and generate creative improvements
