Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who understands all aspects of product development — from technical infrastructure to marketing execution. This position offers career growth potential to Operational Director of Projects within the company.

• •Launch company products from zero — from concept and task definition through release and optimization
• •Create, implement, and refine development strategies
• •Coordinate all product aspects: technical implementation, marketing execution, operational processes
• •Organize cross-team collaboration: technical specialists, media buying, development, design, PR/SMM teams
• •Monitor results, identify growth opportunities, and remove blockers

• •2+ years of experience as PM or Operations Manager (IT sector mandatory)
• •Understanding of affiliate industry and media buying specifics
• •Knowledge of technical media buying infrastructure: trackers, domains, white pages, CRM, traffic sources, creatives
• •Experience working with marketing teams: B2B advertising (PPC, targeting), collaboration with PR/SMM teams
• •Analytical mindset: continuous identification of weak points and rapid solution-finding based on data monitoring
