Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager who loves bringing tasks to completion and driving projects forward. You will be the connecting link between departments and the right hand of the CEO, managing projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring operational excellence.

### Project & Task Management

• •Receive tasks from CEO and collaborate on implementation planning
• •Coordinate executors, deadlines, and results
• •Ensure projects move forward and tasks are completed

### Inter-departmental Communication

• •Act as the liaison between different departments
• •Gather updates from various teams and transform them into clear reporting
• •Maintain smooth communication flow across the organization

### Operational Support for CEO

• •Assist in organizing and optimizing processes
• •Monitor task execution across different departments
• •Provide strategic operational insights

• •2+ years of experience as a Project Manager (cases with less experience but real proven results will be considered)
• •Ideally, experience in marketing/affiliate marketing
• •Excellent communicator: skilled at negotiating, pushing initiatives, reminding, and connecting with anyone
• •Ability to track down people when needed and maintain accountability
• •Love for completed tasks and moving projects forward
• •Confident working with Asana, Trello, or Jira
• •Ability to collect updates from various teams and convert them into understandable reports
• •Bonus: Experience in Data Analysis or strong analytical understanding (premium compensation offered)
