Job Description
We're looking for a Recruiter to help us scale our team with strong professionals.
Responsibilities
- •Hunt A-players in arbitrage and gambling (media buyers, team leads, developers, designers)
- •Lead candidates from first contact through offer stage
- •Understand team requirements and create accurate candidate profiles
- •Set up HR processes, onboarding, and culture of engagement
- •Attract top talent and ensure they stay with the company
Requirements
- •1+ year of recruitment experience in arbitrage/iGaming
- •Ability to proactively find needed people, not just wait for applications
- •Strong communication skills, adequacy, and confidence
- •Ability to work dynamically without micromanagement and unnecessary meetings
- •Desire to grow with us and influence processes
