We are a rapidly growing agency in the Affiliate Marketing field. We're scaling our team and looking for a strong recruiter to help us find top specialists.
Your Responsibilities
- •Close vacancies in Affiliate (various levels)
- •Lead full recruitment cycle: from brief to offer
- •Actively search for candidates (Telegram, Djinni, LinkedIn, Work.ua, Robota, etc.)
- •Create and publish job vacancies
- •Analyze market and competitors
- •Maintain reporting and work with analytics
What We're Looking For
- •Minimum 6 months experience in Affiliate recruiting
- •Experience closing positions: Media Buyer (PPC, Facebook Ads, etc.), Affiliate Manager (crypto/gambling)
- •Understanding of Affiliate market specifics
- •Easy communication and ability to connect with people
- •Independent and result-oriented
- •Desire to grow and develop professionally
