We are a fast-growing agency in the Affiliate Marketing field. We are looking for a strong recruiter to help us scale our team and find top specialists.
Your Responsibilities
- •Close vacancies in Affiliate (various levels)
- •Lead full recruitment cycle: from brief to offer
- •Actively search for candidates (Telegram, Djinni, LinkedIn, Work.ua, Robota, and other platforms)
- •Create and publish job vacancies
- •Analyze market and competitors
- •Maintain reporting and work with analytics
What We're Looking For
- •Experience in Affiliate recruitment from 6 months
- •Track record of closing positions: Media Buyer (PPC, Facebook Ads, etc.), Affiliate Manager (crypto/gambling)
- •Understanding of Affiliate market specifics
- •Strong communication skills and ability to find approach to people
- •Independent and result-oriented
- •Desire to grow and develop professionally
