Overview
We are looking for an experienced recruiter in affiliate marketing who can work results-driven and independently without micromanagement.
Key Requirements
- •1.5+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
- •Understanding of recruitment channels and recruitment funnel
- •Ability to conduct human-centered interviews and identify genuine motivation
- •Proactivity, responsibility, and maturity
Responsibilities
- •Conduct briefings with hiring managers
- •Create job postings that attract quality candidates
- •Work with feedback and ATS systems
- •Analyze recruitment channels and provide HR reports
Working Conditions
- •Fixed salary + bonus for closed positions
- •Fully remote
- •Flexible schedule (start time 10:00–12:00)
- •Minimal bureaucracy
