Overview

We are looking for an experienced recruiter in affiliate marketing who can work results-driven and independently without micromanagement.

Key Requirements

  • 1.5+ years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
  • Understanding of recruitment channels and recruitment funnel
  • Ability to conduct human-centered interviews and identify genuine motivation
  • Proactivity, responsibility, and maturity

Responsibilities

  • Conduct briefings with hiring managers
  • Create job postings that attract quality candidates
  • Work with feedback and ATS systems
  • Analyze recruitment channels and provide HR reports

Working Conditions

  • Fixed salary + bonus for closed positions
  • Fully remote
  • Flexible schedule (start time 10:00–12:00)
  • Minimal bureaucracy
